Contender in Court Action

Princess Ileana, 45, now a resident of Newton, Mass., returns to hearing in Criminal Courts Building, New York, Feb. 23, after lunch. She is a principal in the million-dollar suit brought by Archduke Franz Josef of Austria, in which he seeks compensation for share of the proceeds of the sale of properties of royal house of Hapsburg. Ileana and her husband, Archduke Anton, through their attorney, contend that Franz Josef has received full compensation. The suit is being heard by Judge Wasservogel, acting as referee.
